Structure of short-distance optical wiring (FPC type)
Low-speed signal lines and power transmission lines are electrically wired, while high-speed signal lines (up to 10G bits/s) and signal lines requiring noise resistance are optically wired. Highly flexible polymer optical induction routes are created on FPCs (Flexible Printed Circuits).
